Account Manager I

Careem is hiring an Account Manager for their Food team based in Dubai to own and nurture relationships with restaurant partners. The role focuses on optimizing partner performance, improving operational metrics, and driving strategic initiatives to foster growth on the platform.

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F and B sectors
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

Professionals with two to four years of experience in account management, business development, or partner success within tech, e-commerce, or the F and B sector who possess strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
