Product Operations Manager

Careem is looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Product Operations Manager based in Karachi to lead the team optimizing the Careem Quik in-app shopping experience. This role bridges Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to drive in-app performance, operational excellence, and AI adoption within the merchandising function.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, E-commerce, Growth, or related roles
• 1 to 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams on feature development, testing, launches, and product improvements
• SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve processes and productivity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Individuals with strong analytical capabilities, product collaboration experience, and a background in e-commerce or quick commerce who excel at leading teams and driving operational improvements.
