Account Manager II - Shops

Careem is seeking an Account Manager, Groceries based in Dubai to own the commercial success and growth of supermarket partners across the UAE. In this role, you will build strong partner relationships, drive business performance through data analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the grocery platform. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to simplifying people's lives through the Everything App.

• At least 2+ years of experience in account management of enterprise accounts and commercial roles, ideally within grocery, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Startup experience in a high-growth environment is highly preferable
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, humble, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to establish and lead relationships with high-profile grocery and retail partners
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to bounce back from setbacks, and high adaptability to change
• Natural high intellect and quickness of thought to understand complex commercial opportunities including margin structures, promotional mechanics, and catalog dynamics
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and related project or program management applications
• Self-starter with an exemplary sense of ownership to manage your own time and priorities

Professionals with a background in commercial roles or enterprise account management within retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or grocery who possess strong analytical skills and a self-starter mindset.
