The position involves driving operational excellence, strategic process design, and rigorous risk management while steering ongoing audit coordination and remediation. Candidates will help shape this newly established function from the ground up by building frameworks, establishing best practices, and ensuring compliance while maintaining efficient processes.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a coordination or support role, ideally within banking, financial services, or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Prior exposure to financial processes, operational risk management principles, or internal controls
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track deliverables, manage stakeholder expectations, and stay on schedule
• Strong skill in synthesizing data from diverse sources to track risk metrics and generate actionable operational reports
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and modern collaboration or project management platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Asana
