AFC Operations Team Lead (Italian Speaker)

N26 is seeking a dynamic Lead to join the Anti-Financial Crime Operations Department in Madrid. In this role, you will support AML, terrorism financing, sanctions, KYC, and fraud tasks while managing a team of analysts and investigators to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Several years with relevant banking experience in Anti Financial Crime
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience on Italian AML/CTF regulation
• Knowledge use of Google Workspace
• In-depth understanding of Anti-Financial Crime regulations and compliance standards
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
