About the role

Gusto is seeking a Senior Creative Program Manager to join their Brand Studio team and act as the connective tissue between the creative group and cross-functional partners like Marketing, PMM, R&D, and Legal. This role involves independently executing against the operational roadmap, managing complex multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing AI-enabled project infrastructure. Candidates can be based in Denver, New York, or San Francisco in a hybrid work arrangement.

Key requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in creative, marketing, or brand production/project management, including both in-house and agency-side backgrounds
  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel integrated campaigns with multiple channel owners and parallel workstreams
  • Experience building and maintaining workback schedules and project hubs, such as Notion
  • Familiarity optimizing and maintaining AI-enabled tools, with hands-on, daily use of AI tools for drafting, synthesis, and status updates
  • Experience operating in ambiguity within an agile, fast-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in running retros and improving processes
