Senior Financial Control Analyst

Monzo is seeking a Senior Financial Control Analyst to join their growing Finance collective in London or Cardiff. The role involves managing financial accounting, optimizing financial control processes using technology, and helping build a world-class finance function as the company expands its products and markets.

• Qualified accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant IFRS standards for capitalisation and impairment
• Experience working in financial reporting or controlling teams, ideally within a retail banking environment
• Understanding of the banking and regulatory landscape and key financial controls

A qualified, commercially-minded accountant with post-qualification experience in financial reporting or banking who thrives in a dynamic environment and is interested in process automation and data.
