Product Director, Flex (Borrowing)

Monzo is seeking a Product Director to lead its Flex product into its next growth phase. In this high-impact, commercial role based in London, you will define borrowing strategy, drive commercial performance, champion customer outcomes, and manage a team of Product Managers.

• Experience in lending, credit cards, or adjacent borrowing products
• Strong commercial instinct with experience thinking in terms of trade-offs, economics, and outcomes
• Ability to engage deeply with Credit and Data partners
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
• Experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers
• Strong cross-functional leadership across technical, credit, and governance stakeholders
