About the role
Gusto is seeking a talent product leader to architect an enterprise capability framework and tech-forward development ecosystem across individual contributor and leadership tracks. In this role, you will manage the full product lifecycle of learning solutions, define module taxonomies, and embed AI-native competencies. You will partner closely with HR and executive leaders to translate capability data into scalable standards.
Key requirements
- Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning Architecture, Technical Instructional Design, or Organizational Design
- Track record of building foundational programs from scratch and designing agile solutions amidst shifting business landscapes
- Expertise in technical instructional design and modular architecture for object-oriented content design
- Experience integrating generative AI or automation into the content production pipeline
- Experience designing and integrating content across various platforms such as LMS/LXP systems, internal wikis, and workflow-embedded tools
- Experience with A/B testing and rapid prototyping using data signals
