Business Strategy Associate - Lending

N26 is seeking a Business Strategy Associate to join their Lending team in Berlin or Barcelona. You will work within the Financial Empowerment domain to drive product initiatives, handle external partner management, and optimize Lending products using data analysis and KPI tracking.

• 4+ years of prior experience in financial services, fintech, banking, investment banking, or startups
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field from a top-tier university
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional projects end-to-end and managing senior stakeholders
• Established experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and partner performance evaluation
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Full professional proficiency in English
