Cloud Platform Engineer

Supabase is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to join their Cloud Engineering team and help shape the foundations for building, shipping, and operating infrastructure across AWS and GCP. This role spans cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations, focusing on building reusable infrastructure, self-service workflows, and security primitives.

• Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, with experience operating production systems at scale and carrying on-call duties
• Have previously undertaken a significant migration such as rearchitecting an AWS account topology, introducing IaC for existing infrastructure, centralizing identity/SSO, or bringing a second cloud under governance
• Bring deep expertise in at least one, ideally two, of the specified strength areas: tooling and ecosystem, software engineering, or operations
• Demonstrate experience treating infrastructure as software with relevant background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
• Communicate clearly and thrive in async, globally distributed teams while navigating ambiguity

An experienced cloud professional with a strong background in platform engineering, cloud governance, and production operations who enjoys building internal self-service experiences for other engineers.
