About the role
N26 is seeking a Compliance and Prevention Associate to join the Complaints Management and Prevention team in Berlin. This role involves executing regulatory remediation, performing root cause analyses, maintaining compliance documentation, and enforcing quality checks on complaint handling.
Key requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in compliance controls, assurance, banking operations or complaints management in German financial space
- Full working proficiency in German language
- Fluent English required
- Practical understanding of the complaint lifecycle under BaFin MaBeschwer, PSD2, and MaComp standards
- Solid working experience with case management and data analysis
