Credit Risk Manager

Monzo is seeking a Credit Risk Manager based in Dublin to lead a team of analysts and drive the credit and growth strategy for consumer lending products in Ireland and the EU. You will collaborate closely with squad leadership and cross-functional teams to develop credit and pricing strategies, NPV models, and affordability frameworks.

• Extensive experience in unsecured lending in Ireland
• Deep understanding of lending economics with experience developing and deploying underwriting strategies and credit models
• Strong analytical and data capabilities, backed up by technical coding skills
• Experience with the development and maintenance of NPV models
• Strong understanding of the regulations that apply to lending in Ireland
• Experience in project management and coordination across teams
