Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Monzo is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their regulatory reporting team in London. The role involves managing prudential regulatory reporting requirements, executing controls, producing capital and liquidity reporting, and collaborating across teams on compliance projects.

• Produce Monzo’s regulatory liquidity reporting with robust and consistent controls
• Document applicable regulatory interpretations and communication
• Assist in producing capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures, including Pillar 3
• Execute and improve controls for timely, accurate, and complete regulatory reporting
• Utilize data visualisation tools to build dashboards for sign-off and insights
• Design methods to automate work and leverage technology for business scaling
• Demonstrate a good understanding and experience of producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, and ALMM returns
• Deliver work consistently to strict deadlines
