Finance Intern (Summer 2027)

Gusto is seeking a Finance Intern for a 12-week summer internship within their Finance, BizOps and Strategy team in New York. The intern will support leaders by turning financial data into decisions regarding margin, cost to serve, and resourcing while utilizing AI tools and automation. Key responsibilities include building financial reports, analyzing costs, and partnering cross-functionally on high-impact projects.

• Rising junior or senior entering your 3rd or 4th year after this internship
• Demonstrates genuine interest in financial trends, technology innovation, and applying classroom knowledge to real business challenges
• Comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets, with curiosity about AI tools to speed up analysis work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Available for the cohort dates from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027

Current undergraduate students in their penultimate or final year who have a strong interest in finance, technology innovation, and data-driven business strategy.
