About the role
Monzo is seeking a Partner Strategy and Delivery Lead to define the direction, priorities, and focus areas for the Partner Strategy and Delivery pillar within its Global Ops Team. In this remote UK role, you will lead a team of five senior and mid-senior colleagues, translate wider goals into a coherent portfolio of work, and drive commercial and operational outcomes across the global partner estate. You will also be required to undertake essential travel to global offshore sites.
Key requirements
- Significant experience leading complex strategy, transformation, or programme portfolios affecting multiple operational areas, teams, and external partners
- Essential experience working with outsourced operations, suppliers, or third-party partners
- Ability to travel within the UK and internationally when required
- Strong leadership experience including leading experienced managers and individual contributors
- Experience leading material partner selection, sourcing, mobilisation, transition, footprint, or comparable strategic activity
- Experience developing, sponsoring, or critically reviewing business cases and recommendations for senior decision makers
