• 2-4 years of payroll experience, with notice resolution experience as a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• AI Fluency with the capability to use current AI tools and help shape new tool functionality
• Capability to manage multiple priorities within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues from complex variables
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Highly organized and proactive in improving processes
