Customer Solution Architect (AU, NZ, SG)

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to drive the adoption of its Postgres development platform across startups and established enterprises. In this role, you will manage the entire customer journey, from technical discovery and proof-of-value implementations to ongoing architecture assessments and performance optimization.

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Background in web application development, with familiarity with Python, C# and popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Svelte, as well as Node.js
• Very strong communication skills, particularly in translating technical concepts to organizational impact
• Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools such as HubSpot and BigQuery
• Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver technical and business value

Individuals with extensive experience in solutions architecture or database engineering who excel at client-facing technical advisory and relationship-building.
