Director of Product Design

Monzo is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead design across Payments, one of its fast-evolving business areas based in Cardiff, London, or remotely within the UK. The role involves partnering with senior leaders across Product and Engineering to shape strategy, drive execution, and grow a high-performing team of product designers. Candidates can expect a salary range of £140,000 to £165,000 plus equity and benefits, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
