Engineering Manager, Billing

Supabase is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Billing team in a remote, global capacity. This role focuses on people management, delivery, and technical leadership for revenue systems, monetization platforms, and payment integrations. The manager will guide a distributed team of engineers, oversee product roadmaps, and collaborate closely with finance, product, and data functions.

• 5+ years of engineering background with experience in complex systems
• 3+ years managing remote engineering teams
• Prior experience managing a billing engineering team at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company
• Experience managing remote, globally distributed teams working asynchronously across disparate time zones
• Track record of performance management and navigating difficult conversations
