Growth Manager, GEO / AEO

Supabase is seeking a professional to own the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, driving signups and revenue by ensuring Supabase is recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. You will set strategy and execute work across content, growth product, and engineering. The role is fully remote within AMER.

• 4+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content-led acquisition at a developer tool
• 1+ year of hands-on GEO/AEO work
• Track record showing citations won, AI referral traffic grown, share of voice moved, and connection to revenue
• Technically fluent in crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture, and log analysis
• Comfortable getting changes shipped with engineers

You are a technically fluent growth or SEO professional with experience at a developer tool, a track record of driving AI citations and referral traffic, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and content teams.
