Head of AI Native Operations

Supabase is seeking a Head of AI Native Operations to lead a new central team building an autonomous internal operating system. In this hands-on role, you will design agent platform architecture, ensure safety and trust, catch regressions, and direct a team of senior individual contributors. The position offers fully remote work with global scope.

• Have personally designed and built autonomous agent or LLM systems that ran in production and that others depended on
• Explain how system pieces fit together including orchestration, tool and data access, context and memory, tracing, evals, guardrails, and deployment
• Have shipped agents that take real actions with real permissions and designed the controls that made that safe
• Demonstrate a tested point of view with examples from your own builds regarding where autonomous systems create real business leverage
• Have led senior builders and set the quality bar through design and code review
